Digital tools to organise the way you work
When the same information gets copied between spreadsheets, email and separate programs, the work becomes hard to follow. We study the process to work out which steps to connect and which tasks to simplify.
We start from one specific process
We identify who uses the information, where it comes from and what action should follow. We define the problem before proposing a list of features.
The result may be a dedicated tool, a bridge between systems or one narrowly defined automation. The choice depends on what is needed and on the tools already in use.
What the project defines
The data to handle, the roles, the tasks, any integrations and how things are checked. Import, export, support and updates are all part of the scope to agree.
Connecting to an external service means checking the access and the technical possibilities first. We don't promise integrations before we've assessed them.
One piece to test first
Where it helps, we build a prototype to test one step of the work. Demonstration, full development and going live are kept separate in the offer.
bOMNI: a product for one specific need
For estate agencies we build bOMNI, aimed at portal enquiries arriving by Gmail and at managing the contacts attached to properties. The product page sets out the available features, the limits and the plans.
Costs and getting started
The price is set on the process, the features and the integrations agreed. Before development you receive a summary that separates the build, the external services and the support that follows.
Tell us the process you want to simplify
We start from how you work today, not from a list of features.
