SEO and monitoring: what we do on your site

Preparing a page, measuring how visible it is and reworking its content are three different jobs. We keep them apart in the offer, so you know which work is included and which is agreed separately.

The site's initial SEO

We decide what each page is for and organise the content and the links. We prepare addresses, titles, descriptions and technical signals consistent with the published site.

We check that the pages meant for the index are reachable and listed in the sitemap. Submitting the sitemap helps flag them to Google, but it guarantees neither indexing nor any particular position.

Monthly monitoring

The site's monthly service includes a report on the data available. We look at impressions, clicks, pages and queries in Search Console and point out one priority worth considering.

Enquiries received are measured separately, where working tracking exists. A tap on WhatsApp is not a conversation, and a visit to the site is not a sale.

If the site is new or the data is thin, we say so. We don't turn missing information into estimates of lost customers.

SEO work

This can mean reworking pages, new content, internal links or technical fixes. We start from a priority and agree what to do, on which pages and how to check it.

Additional work is not automatically part of the monthly report. The work and its cost are agreed before starting.

The site check

The SpeedWork check gives a first reading of what can be observed publicly on the site. Its index follows in-house criteria: it is not Google's score and it does not certify indexing.

Timings and expectations

We can verify that a fix has gone live. Its effect on search also depends on demand, on competitors and on the search engine's own decisions. Judging it takes data gathered over time.
