Privacy policy
Here we explain in plain words which data we collect, why we collect it and what you can ask us at any time. No more lawyer-speak than strictly necessary.

1. Who the data controller is
The data controller is SpeedWork, Via Olgnano 11, Monterenzio (BO), Italy. For any request you can write to us at team@speedwork.ing.
2. Which data we collect
When you ask for the check report we collect your email address and record whether you allow us to contact you again. When you fill in the form to start a conversation with the team we collect what you give us: first name, surname, email and phone number. We also collect the messages you send us in the chat. On browsing statistics: without your consent we measure aggregate data only, with no cookies and no profiling. If you consent, we also enable heatmaps and session recording, that is the path of your pointer and clicks across the pages: form fields and the chat window are always excluded from the recording. You can change your mind at any time.
3. Why we use it
We use the check email to deliver your full report. We only contact you about it if you tick the second box. For other requests we use the data to reply to you, understand what you need and carry the project forward with you. If you chose to receive updates by email, we also use it to send you news and the occasional useful tip; you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data to anyone. We share it only with the technical suppliers who help us run the service (hosting and email, for instance), who process it on our behalf and in line with the law. The site statistics run on PostHog installed on our own servers in the European Union: they do not pass through third-party analytics services and do not leave the EU. Chat conversations go through Telegram: when you write to us in the chat, your message and the form data that opened it arrive in our team's private Telegram channel, which carries and stores them on our behalf. Telegram is a supplier outside the European Union and processes data under its own terms.
5. How long we keep it
To send the report alone we keep the email and the result for 30 days. If you allow us to contact you, we keep the contact for 12 months. Chat conversations and the form details that open them stay for 12 months from the last message, then they are deleted automatically; a form filled in without ever writing anything is deleted within a day. For other requests we keep the data only as long as we need it to handle them and to meet our legal obligations. Once the term is up we delete it automatically.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to restrict how it is used. Just write to us at team@speedwork.ing and we'll take care of it.
